What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via our certified payment provider.
How do I get my receipt?
A receipt is sent automatically to your email address after successful payment. You can also download it as a PDF from the payment confirmation page.
My fine isn't found — what should I do?
Check that the fine number is entered exactly as it appears on your notice. Newly issued fines may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
Is my card data stored?
No. Card details are processed directly by our certified payment provider and never stored on our servers. We comply with PCI DSS standards.
What if my payment failed?
You can retry the payment using the same or a different card. If the issue continues, contact your bank or our support team.
